RoRec Association awards the teams that stood out in the March Unplugged competition – Recycling Patrol

The Recycling Patrol announces the winners of the March Unplugged contest, organized with the support of RoRec Association.

The campaign dedicated to the Earth Hour 2020 and eco-idea #7 – energy saving – was an unexpected success! Even far from their students, dozens of the Recycling Patrol teachers were able to do activities and convince the community to turn off the light on Saturday, March 28th.

2 prizes were awarded, by drawing lots, to those who performed at least 3 different types of activities.

The winners of the March Unplugged contest are:

  1. Cristina CIOCOIU, from the “Mihai Viteazu” High School from Craiova (Dolj county)
  2. Violeta PUIU, from the “Constantin Morariu” High School in Pătrăuți (Suceava county)

But as we had many wonderful surprises of creativity and dedication from the coordinators, the Volens Association and the RoRec Association decided to offer, in their turn, 5 surprise prizes!

The following were granted diplomas of “Merit for Special Activities”:

  • Teodora POPESCU – C.S.E.I. no. 1 Bistrița, Bistrița Năsăud county
  • Lucretia PRESECAN – “Mircea Luca” High School Băișoara, Cluj County
  • Adriana SANDU – Kindergarten no. 6, Braila
  • Daniela ARDEIU – Motru Technical College, Gorj County
  • Gabriela Corina KODJABASHIJA – High School no. 150, Bucharest

Congratulations to the winners of the March Unplugged Contest, but also to all participants  that you can find on the program website.
