On October 21, 2017, the Romanian Association for Recycling RoRec participated at the CitiZEN Conference in Galati, that focused on community awareness towards the environment. Carried out in a non-formal setting, the conference enjoyed an audience of young people aged 16-25, eager to learn how to become better citizens by recycling and find out more about their responsibilities and rights. RoRec has provided information on the collection of WEEE, legislative issues, Romania’s collection targets, our obligation to collect separately and how easy we can do this through the Local Collection Service Galati.
