Collection campaigns taking place between 12th and 13th November
During this weekend the RoRec Association organizes four editions of the national campaign "The waste doesn't belong at home. Take it for a hike!!"
So, Friday, November 12th, you can find us in the towns of Petrosani (at the collection points at: House of Culture, Airport - Piata Dacia, Street. Dec. 1st - Onyx area) and Petrila (End of Lonea line, Brateanu Park, Grant Square Marr - (Penny Market parking) and the House of Culture), from 10:00 to 17:00.
Saturday, November 13th, between 10.00-15.00, temporary collection points will be operational in Dâlja Mare (the old Dalja Mine), Dâlja Mica (Bridge over Jiu), Slătinioara (ViitoruluiStreet near the petrol station MOL), the plain (in front of the House of Culture) and in Jieţ (in fonr of theschool).
For details about the campaign or scheduling of home pick-up service, citizens are invited to call 0732 627 179, starting Tuesday, November 9th, until Saturday, November 13th, daily between 9.00-15.00.
Participants in the campaign have a chance to win one of 50 prizes: five bicycles and 45 Black & Decker electrical power tools. Official Rules can read here. The raffle will be held Monday, November 15th, at the Petrosani City Hall (str December 1, 1918, no. 93).
In Timis county, Saturday, November 13, in the towns of Cenad (in the courtyard of the City Hall), Dudestii Vechi (at the old pharmacy near the human dispensary), Beba Veche (court yard of the Cultural Home), Valcan (in the courtyard of the City Hall), Sacalaz (Wolfsberg Street Industrial Park) and Sannicolau Mare (Street Drumul Conosului, greenhouses area), between 10-14, citizens can dispose of old or damaged electrical appliances at the established collection points.
The prizes at stake are five bicycles and 55 Black & Decker electrical power tools. The raffle will take place Monday, November 15th, at the Sannicolau Mare City Hall(Str Republic, no. 15). Official Rules can be viewed here.

Furthermore, in Timis county, Saturday, November 13, at 09.00, temporary collection points will be opened in: Recaş (parking lot at the clinic and in the schoolyard of the high school), Remetea Mare (school yard), Belint (in the school court), Chizătău (in the courtyard of the Cultural House), Izvin (in front of the school), Ghiroda (near the kindergarden) Giarmata Vii (near the football field), Bazoş (at the school) and Herneacova (at the school). They will be opened until 15 pm, except for two points in Recas, who have an extended program until 17:00.
All depositors will be able to participate in a raffle with prizes and have a chance to win one of 30 prizes offered: Black & Decker electrical power tools. The draw of the raffle winners will take place Monday, November 15th, 2010, at Recaş City Hall, at 10.00 (Calea Timisoarei. no 86) in the presence of local authorities and the media.

Saturday November 13, in Prahova County, at 9:00, temporary collection points will be opened as follows:
Barcanesti - in the courtyard of the local Agricultural High School Barcanesti;
Brazi - in front of the City Hall;
Berceni - in front of the City Hall;
Rafov - in front of the City Hall.
In these locations, between 9:00 and 16:00 all residents in the area are expected to hand over old or broken electric appliances. All depositors will participate in a raffle with prizes and will have a chance to win one of 20 prizes offered by Albatros Romania: 10 washing machines and 10 refrigerators. The draw of the raffle winners will take place on Saturday, November 13, 2010, 19:00 in the Council Room of Barcanesti City Hall in the presence of local authorities and the press.
